Pietanza!

Mr P visited Pietanza this week and look what he got :

gorgonzola and onion pizza- the caramelized onions were amazing!

mediterranean pizza- pancetta, olives, tomatoes and basil

I love wood-brick oven pizza... but why is it called wood brick?

    Great looking pizzas. I never see wood- brick pizza. It's either brick- oven or wood- fired oven. Maybe it's just that one place you're visiting that's mixed up.

    YUM! Tasty brick oven pizzas especially the Mediterranean pizza! Love pancetta with olives and not forgetting basil! I bet Mr, P had a great treat with these awesome pizzas! :)
