My favorite Japanese food is hakata ramen and chirashi. Although there is no hakata ramen where I live, there is a sushi place with AMAZING chirashi :)
This was for lunch so I felt like vegetable chirashi~ so so good!
My favorite is the inari (fried tofu skin) and the burdock root :)
I love all the veggies and colors. Some I've never tried. This looks great!
ReplyDeleteDon't think I've ever had vegetable chirashi. That looks delish!!

ReplyDeleteSure looks fantastic! We don't have any Japanese restaurant here; it is so sad cause we love it.
ReplyDeleteMy oh my, look at all that! I'm always browsing around food blogs really late at night..and it always makes me hungry..So I start making food in the wee hours of the night like a little night troll.
