Over the weekend, the hubs took me to a ramen place that he had found online. Hakata ramen is one of my favorite foods and is very hard to make and find in the US. There was an incredible wait time, but I was beaming the whole time!
The place was owned by a taiwanese chef, so we started out with the apple sidra.
Of course, we had to order the pan fried pork dumplings.
And the ramen!!!! I actually ordered extra noodles :) So so so good!

ReplyDeleteOh yeah... Ramen=delicious!! I have only ever had it one time: it was at some little place downtown with LONG lineups out the door, but it was way worth it!
