missing candy.....only air is inside that plastic wrapper! I remember finding 2 candies in one wrapper..I should start collecting this and sell it on Pawn Stars.

Yes, when one of our friend asked us to scan the halloween candies in policestation before giving to kids , I was taken back as well. But this year in NBC news when I heard it was kinda sick as well.
