Dinner at La Madeleine

the rotisserie chicken...the rice was very very delicious! wish I could make it at home. What kind of rice do I have to use? I made spanish rice today with long grain rice, but it wasn't like the stuff I eat at Mexican restaurants....a little bummed out :(

french vanilla tart. VERY, VERY good. I had half last night and finished the rest for breakfast!

  5. Hmm, it does look delicious. The rice looks like a wild rice mixture. I'm not sure what seasonings they would have used, maybe sazon? But that has a reddish tint. Uncle Ben's puts out a good wild rice. =) Hope you achieve the flavors you love so much at home. Keep trying! =)
