Why to drink them when you can drink natural juice??....more vitamins are on them!!......Abrazotes, Marcela
I would agree! Seems like a con to me too, although we would all like to believe they are good for you. It would make life so much easier...
I would usually stay away from water with colours! There is always an 'irk-ky' feeling about them! Is it only me....?
Hate to say it, but I agree with the other posts. Not a huge fan of them and typically your body doesn't really need a huge dose of vitamins like that. (I don't often reveal this, but I am a dietitian by day. Eek!) So that's my two cents. Also, just wanted to pop in and say hello! And say thanks for visiting my blog ... and I LOVE your pineapple guy.
There was a story a year or two ago about Vitamin water actually. The Coca-Cola company that owns Vitamin water was being sued by a public interest group because of false advertising, that the drink was really just sugar water. Shockingly, the Coca-Cola lawyers defense was: "no consumer could reasonably be misled into thinkingvitaminwater was a healthy beverage."of course! why would any of us think something that said vitamins actually meant vitamins. silly consumers.http://www.huffingtonpost.com/john-robbins/the-dark-side-of-vitaminw_b_669716.html
