Today we are making awfully healthy oatmeal raisin cookies!
stirring up the almost non-existent butter and whole wheat flour batch
placing it on a pizza pan since I have no cookie trays...
Ta-da! They do taste pretty good even without too much sugar and butter (the raisin and cinnamon masks everything), but I do want them to be a little harder. These are too chewy. Any tips?

ReplyDeleteFirst of all, thanks for your kindness and visit.
Loved your site and I'll come back for sure. The cookies looks amazing and delicious. Maybe a little more in the oven to harden them more, what do you think?
Cheers,
Lia.

ReplyDeleteBest cookies ever. Love that there's not a lot of sugar!
ReplyDeleteThank you for following, am following back. I like the sound of these cookies but I'm not sure how you'd stop them being so chewy.
ReplyDeleteI actually love a good chewy oatmeal raisin cookie! These look perfect =)
ReplyDeleteLooks wonderful! Want them crispier? Use caster sugar instead of brown sugar! And bake them about 3 to 5 minutes longer! Crunch! Crunch! Yum!
ReplyDeleteThey look wonderful with wholewheat flour.
ReplyDeletechewy? try cooking them a couple of minutes more in the oven. I've heard that lesser eggs will also make them crispier..not too sure though.
ReplyDeleteI love chewy cookies do these work for me.
