I can't believe it happened again! This time the package came opened... I'm assuming they both came from the same box. (This is my morning staple so I have several boxes)

I guess the machine cut it off at the wrong place : (

It's like the time when my gummy bag came empty......only this time it was more expensive and I was hungry.

Happy Belated Valentines!

Although it's been almost a week, we got some V-day chocolates that were on sale! We actually forgot to get it the weekend before, but lo and behold! godiva had Vday items on sale : ) Love it when that happens.

Mr. P checking out the flavors. My personal favorite is anything with fruits- passion fruit, raspberry or strawberry truffles!

1/4 of my bar is missing. If this happened when I was super hungry, I would probably have sent a rant email to general mills.

Blueberry Crumble- BEST flavor ever!

Last weekend, we found a new flavor that we now call "flavor of the millenium".... While I was shopping at the supermarket, I see a lady with 10+ pints of this new haagen dazs ice cream and think to myself why on earth would anyone buy more than 3 of the same flavor. Don't you get sick of it? So I tell the hubs about this "crazy" lady with a cart full of same ice cream and now the hubs wants to try it himself. So I walk back to the ice cream aisle, and of course there is no more blueberry crumble (which I really didn't mind since I didn't know how it would taste). So he tells me to go find the lady and steal one from her cart....which of course I did not do. So the next time I was at the supermarket, I was determined to try this new flavor and bought one (I should have bought ten...). Came home and had a bite.....

Oh haagen-dazs! You did an amazing job!! So SO Soooooo good! Blueberry ice cream mixed with buttery crunchy crumbles T.T I die... I wish all the ice cream flavors had crumble pieces inside- vanilla crumble, coffee crumble, strawberry crumble (I should write an email to haagen dazs).

So we got some more and ate some more and now we only have 3 left....T.T  So the next time you go to the market, don't forget to check if they have blueberry crumble-it's a limited edition so you better hurry! Ok off I go to the fridge....

Thanksgiving Prep

My shabby garden and a fly trap

I have one jalapeno left on my almost dead plant. An intruder planted himself in the pot and is now withering away~

My sweet basil plant used to be our go-to spaghetti flavorer, but after 2 weeks the basil started smelling and tasting "minty". Is this even normal? Any ideas kitchen flavour?

Ever since we started eating bananas, there are fruit flies EVERYWHERE.....so we found a way to capture fruit flies in a ziploc bag (via internet) and it actually worked, but there are still too many that didn't get trapped. You basically put a banana in the ziploc, close, and poke holes with a toothpick (supposedly they know how to go in but not out..lol!).

Still can't comment on some peoples blogs.......don't know what the problem is!

I wish they were so much bigger. 1 doesn't do it for me...and 2 gives me guilt.

The frosting was amazing! and the cake was moist~

Thank god I didn't have to stand in this line! I can see what the wait is all about-love this place!

Harry Potter 7

Did everyone watch the new Harry Potter movie? The records sure looks like it! People were waiting (some dressed up as characters) from 7pm on Thursday for the 12 pm showing. I actually watched it myself in 3D(didn't watch deathly hallows part 1) and surprisingly enjoyed it. Hate the glasses and can't quite tell the difference after 10 min, but I guess we have to use new technology. I was quite sad that there was no feasting scenes, but ABC had plenty of re-runs this weekend.
