Best Eyeliner for Sensitive Eyes

I wear hard contacts, so my eyes are very sensitive to EVERYTHING. But recently, I recieved a gift from a friend, and this thing actually doesn't bother me at all! Well maybe a little, but so far it is the best..
I love everything fresh, but I personally think its overpriced...but then again what's not?
