I wonder if they still have to go to work tomorrow...I also think that third place is better than second, since third wins the fourth and second loses to the first. Does this not make sense? I think Germans would be happier than the Dutch... it is so disappointing to lose when you are so close! But the Netherlands are so good they'll probably win one within the next decade or so.

Second Round! Here we come!

USA scores a goal during lost time! How dramatic! The referee didn't do a great job at all...first he calls offside, and then he gives another yellow card to the Algerian skipper that was trying to calm down his complaining players. The ref must feel so stupid after he goes back home, watch the replays and realizes what he did. But that doesn't matter since we're going to the second round!
