Diner Food

We recently visited the Silver Diner in front of our house and were pleasantly surprised with the good food they had. At first it seemed a little pricey considering it to be a "diner", but I guess they use good ingredients as they advertise to do.
egg blt with cranberry cole slaw (which I didn't love)

country sampler with pancakes.....the butter was sooooooooooo good (I'm a sucka for butter)

Just wish that the price was a little cheaper...we went for breakfast and the bill came out similar to our dinner at a nice Mexican restaurant!!

    Mmmmm.......can't quite get my English stomach around the idea of savoury food on the same plate and at the same time as a dessert.....but I am sure it was lovely.
